It is unknown how they have attained this level of undeserved self esteem, but they can literally show you a picture of a man in a dress with stubble on his square jaw, say “this is literally a woman,” and not feel embarrassed at their own stupidity. And if they can’t be made to feel shame or embarrassment at anything stupid THEY say, you sure as hell won’t get them to feel it by pointing out with structured reasoning and solid arguments why they are saying/believing stupid things.
