“Well that escalated quickly” is the title of a post on the comic/gaming culture website Penny Arcade posted by Mike Krahulik (Gabe). The post is from June 21st, 2013. In it, he talks about how social justice toxicity around a recent gaming convention he helps run negatively affected him in the form of woke harassment.
“I was called a bigot and told that I was giving a stage to bigots. I had not even had breakfast yet. I said again that if they have a different opinion they are welcome to submit their own panel. I was then called “cis male garbage”. Someone then tweeted at me that I should die.”
He was, as we have come to expect, mass-attacked by trans activists for not bowing to the ideology:
“It was pointed out to me that not all women have vaginas and I will admit right here in front of everyone that this came as a big shock to me… I apologized but I was labeled “transphobic””
