Overview
The Intersex Gambit goes something like this: “Biology is not so simple. Some humans are born intersex. Therefore, trans women are women and trans men are men.”
This is completely wrong. Every known intersex condition applies either to males or females. Sex in humans (and all therian mammals) is completely binary. Even IF intersex people were some third sex or in-between sex (for clarity: they aren’t), it would not follow from this that a human being can change sex by uttering it or wishing it so.
Essentially, the strategy here is to bring up a topic that complifies (but does not disprove) what is usually a simple topic (the two sexes) to throw their opponent/the audience off guard and get them to go along with trans dogma in their weakened-by-self-doubt state.
