Overview
Some information on this wiki, particularly personally identifying information, may not be fit to show everyone. Wokebane does not exist as a rabid doxing site to go after trans activists, nor does it exist as a hub of harassment. It exists to document the harm of trans ideology and to call out specific high power individuals pushing trans ideology in institutions. As such, unless it is in the public interest (for example, warning locals of an immediate threat, or calling to get a specific teacher fired from an elementary school for openly admitting to grooming kids, or calling to mass report a social media post where a trans activist is themselves doxing trans skepticals), personally identifying information will be appropriately redacted. This will be done with a [REDACTED] text linking to this wiki entry, and a reason for the redaction optionally given.
Redacted information will generally still be held by The Wokebane Authority in the event it needs to be presented because a reason as described above comes up, or to help law enforcement, or to help an ally with a lawsuit against an individual TRA or TRA-controlled institution. When information is NOT held by The Wokebane Authority, the [REDACTED] block will not be used; the information will simply not be there.
Example
Despite Tara Jay repeatedly making vague threats against people who don’t want men like him in women’s restrooms on TikTok, Wokebane has redacted his city/state as revealing this serves no strategic purpose and no greater social good. We do not wish to encourage doxing or harassment for its own sake. Though trans activists themselves do this, we hold ourselves to a higher standard. His country of residence (United States) is considered vague enough, and serves a purpose (Wokebane seeks to collate high level information such as country-specific patterns of trans activism), that it is not redacted.

Redaction Policies
- No Sensitive Information for TRAs—No personally identifying information about a person will be revealed unless 1.) it is already known due to their fame or notoriety or 2.) There is a compelling public interest argument for presenting it.
- A “compelling public interest argument” could be to warn people living in a certain city of this person, or to encourage local parents to demand they be fired from a local teaching position where they have admitted to teaching children trans cult lies, or to call on voters to vote against them in the next election because they push trans ideology.
- Just wanting to get them fired (when their job does not aid their activism/their activism does not taint their ability to do their job) is against Wokebane‘s code of ethics. They do that to us (I myself was fired from a game programming job for speaking against trans ideology on social media, which has nothing to do with my job), but we are better than them.
- Consent-First Exposure for Victims and Neutrals—We will not expose ANY information about an individual who is NOT a TRA unless we have their direct consent or consent is implied due to it already being in the news. If the story is already in the news or circling social media, consent will be assumed where reasonable. If we are directly asked to take a story down by a victim or notice the victim is asking the general public not to talk about it, we will take it down.
- We do not afford this courtesy to trans activists.
- No Positive Publicity—The purpose of Wokebane is to expose the harm of trans activism to move the Overton window away from this hellscape TRAs have dragged us all into and help remove trans activists from power in the institutions they have captured. If linking to an external source about a trans activist can be evaluated as beneficial to them (like driving potential customers to a storefront; keep in mind other trans activists will visit this site), it may be redacted under this policy. The last thing Wokebane wants to do is help a TRA sell more “Punch TERFs” shirts.
- This can be very tricky, as Wokebane seeks to start/signal boost campaigns calling for storefronts to remove such content when deemed strategically viable, and in doing so we may need to link to the content to show people what to report. Thus this policy will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
