Neutral/Normie—In the context of the trans fight, a “neutral” (or “normie”) is a person who has not been exposed to the fight and who may be swayed either way. In a way, this fight is about both sides trying to convince neutrals to side with them as much as possible to help their side grow and move the Overton Window where they want it to be.
