Overview
Ketanji Brown Jackson is an Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, confirmed in 2022 as President Biden’s first nominee.
An associate justice of the US Supreme Court appointed by President Biden as a diversity hire. LGBTQ groups cheered her appointment. While not an extremely vocal or active advocate for the trans cult, she has used her position on the bench in aid of furthering trans ideology and should not be deemed innocent.
- During oral arguments in the 2024 case U.S. v. Skrmetti—a challenge to Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming care for minors—Justice Jackson raised concerns that the reasoning behind the ban resembled past racial classifications:
- “They sound like the same kinds of arguments that were made back in the day … with respect to racial classifications and inconsistencies.” — referencing Loving v. Virginia (1967), which invalidated bans on interracial marriage
- During her confirmation hearing, she expressed an inability to define “woman”, which at the very least is a deference to the madness the trans cult is trying to spread [^]:
- Senator Marsha Blackburn: “Can you provide a definition for the word ‘woman’?”
- Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson: “Can I provide a definition? No, I can’t.”
- Blackburn: “You can’t?”
- Jackson: “Not in this context. I’m not a biologist.”
She hasn’t openly advocated trans ideology in activist language, but her legal reasoning and dissents suggest she views transgender status as a protected class, much like race or sex under the 14th Amendment.
So while she may not be a vocal activist, her jurisprudence supports the policy goals of TRAs, making the label “TRA” reasonably accurate in a political and legal sense.
