In actuality, the word TERF was created by the trans cult as a weaponized shibboleth/slur to wield against feminists understandably and naturally standing up for their rights. For evidence of this, we need only take the word of Viv Smythe herself, the woman who first wrote the word [^]:
- “Due to a short series of blogposts from 2008, I have retrospectively been credited as the coiner of the acronym “Terf” (Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists)”—Smythe
- “I suspect I’m merely the first person who wrote it on a website that still exists – I wonder how many Elizabethans already used words now attributed to Shakespeare long before he incorporated them in a play?”
“TERF” was already being used by the proto-trans-cult to deride women with the courage to stand up for their rights and proclaim (which should be so common-sense as to not need proclaiming) that men pretending to be women are not covered under feminism, a movement to protect the rights and interests of REAL women. It was only after being called that (with hate) for years that feminists started using the term themselves to reverse its weight and inject pride into it, similar to black culture reclaiming the n-word.
